We are not registered for IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop).

This means:

• Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees
  
• These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees
  
• All applicable fees must be paid by the customer upon arrival

For orders shipped to the United States:

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are not retained by us.
