All products are currently available for pre-order.
Orders will be dispatched from Melbourne, Australia starting June 20. Dispatch dates may vary slightly depending on production and demand.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):
• Australia: 4–9 business days
• International: 5–11 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
For customers selecting in-store pickup, orders will be available for collection from our Dorcas St. store starting June 20.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please submit a request within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it is typically inspected and processed within 3–5 business days.
Total return and exchange timelines may vary depending on postal transit times.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In the case of a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
These consumer guarantees apply independently of our change-of-mind return conditions.
Return & Exchange Conditions
General Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if all listed conditions are met. Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will assist in arranging a replacement.
Product Condition:
Products must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
Original Packaging Requirement:
Products must be returned in their original product box and in overall good condition.
Customers are advised to keep the box until they are confident with their size and fit.
Return Label Placement:
The return shipping label must be attached to the outer satchel or mailing packaging. Any previous shipping labels must be removed. Labels must not be attached directly to the product box.
Change-of-Mind Eligibility
Products showing signs of wear, or items returned without their original packaging, are not eligible under the change-of-mind policy.
Try-On Guidance:
Customers are advised to try shoes on carpeted surfaces to avoid marking the soles.
Non-Compliant Returns:
Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be refused. In such cases, return shipping back to the customer may apply.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled before the order is shipped. In the event of a cancellation, a small payment processing fee may be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us via our contact page and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been delivered, you may return it in accordance with our standard Returns & Exchanges policy.
SHIPPING & REFUND DETAILS
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
Customers are responsible for selecting tracked and insured return shipping. MAXIMINIMA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Items purchased from physical retail stores or other online retailers cannot be returned through maximinima.com or related domains.
EXCHANGES
If an exchange item costs more than the original purchase, the customer must pay the price difference. A separate payment link or PayPal invoice will be issued.
If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This allows us to handle the import process on your behalf and helps ensure a smoother delivery experience without additional charges upon arrival.
For other international destinations, MAXIMINIMA does not collect international taxes or duties at checkout unless explicitly stated. Any applicable fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.
